Yes — phased and night works are normal for us. We agree noise windows, protect operating zones and hand over in stages if needed.

Who handles permits and inspections?

We do: building management NOCs, municipality permits, Civil Defence and final inspections are inside our scope and our timeline.

What is a realistic fit-out budget?

Office CAT B in Dubai typically runs AED 250–600+ per sq ft depending on specification. We fix a positions-based price after the test-fit.

How fast can you deliver an office?

A 5,000–15,000 sq ft office: usually 8–14 weeks on site after approvals. The date is contractual.
